What is the Altavista 2035 Transportation Plan?
The Town of Altavista Transportation Plan was developed as a joint effort between the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Town of Altavista. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the existing transportation system and future demand in the Town of Altavista and to recommend a set of transportation improvements that could best meet the existing and future transportation infrastructure needs.
